Research Project Management

   The National Agricultural Research System (NARS) is under increasing    pressure to be more accountable to stakeholders. A scientific approach to    research policy and management is needed to make agricultural research    systems more transparent and accountable.

   This course provides the basis for a scientific approach to research    management by introducing the users to quantitative and participatory    methods of research prioritization, programme formulation, monitoring and    evaluation and project management.
