prioritization is the priority of agricultural research management
today. It ensures better results and improves the efficiency of
allocated resources. The subject matter of the topic defines prioritization
at different levels and elaborates on related issues like steps
involved, data requirement, techniques, etc. The methods of cost-benefit
analysis, checklist and scoring model, congruence and DRC ratios
and estimation of production losses have been dealt at length
with examples. The courseware has been developed to give exposure
to the subject and at the same time develop skill in utilization
of different techniques for agricultural research prioritization.
